DOWNTOWN ROUTES
Cherokee Transit buses run from 7 am until 12:30 am daily and follow two routes in downtown Cherokee —

• The East-West Mountain Trails route follows US 19, US 441 and the connecting Business 441 (Casino Trail). See map.
• The North-South River Trails route follows US 441 North (Tsali Blvd), Acquoni Road and a portion of US 19 to the Casino. See map.
• Riders can transfer routes at or near the US Highway 19 Welcome Center.

Fares
• The adult fare for River and Mountain Trails is $1.00. Transfers are free between River Trail and Mountain Trail buses. Transferring to Community Trails routes involves the applicable charges for your route. Upon boarding, please tell the driver your final destination and pay the entire fare for your journey.

• Motel tokens from in-town lodging facilities are accepted for fares. Each token equals $1.00 in fare.

• Senior Citizen and Youth Discounts – Children under age 6 ride free. Senior citizens (age 60 and over) and children between age 6 and 13 pay half the regular fare.

Transfers
Passengers whose destination requires taking multiple Cherokee Trails buses can transfer between buses at our transfer station (Welcome Center on US Hwy. 19). If you have paid your first driver for the entire fare, simply tell this to your new bus driver along with your destination.
